Sorry to burst your ballon a cutie put this up in projects some time ago,she made them for her grandchildren,wanted something that would wash easy. I have made quite a few sets for family and friends They look better with binding around them i use the 1 inch...first fold binding in half then iron,use flat pins they are thinner and more workable...then sew with your open toe foot.
