He has been our pastor. Baptized our three children. Married our oldest son, and when we lost our parents he was their to comfort us. We shall miss him dearly. Our youngest child was to have him officiate at his wedding next year. So he is taking this very hard. Thanks for listening.

Dear "Read180" I was so saddened to read that your good friend and priest has died. It is always hard when someone so close to us dies. I feel for your youngest child too as he wanted to have him at his wedding.

We had our family priest officiate at our daughter's wedding and it just made it that extra bit special.

I just wanted to let you know that I am glad we are here for your when you need us.

God bless you and your family. Love and blessings Chris

Thank you so much. Mike is going to be one of the servers for Mass. Mike was born with a bilateral cleft lip and cleft palate. Fr. Dan was always their for him during his 23 surgeries. he is honored to be able to be part of his funeral. *4U

I am so terribly sorry to read of yet another victim succumbing to cancer. I hate that disease and pray to God we will soon find a way to prevent it and stop the unnecessary and tragic loss of such loved and needed humans. I can only pray that you are comforted by your strong faith that surely this lovely man was needed to serve his Lord elsewhere.
My prayers are with you all.
Hugs n blessings, Meganne

So very sorry read, life has a way of really sitting us down sometime when we least expect it. Just remember God has a reason for everything & gives us the grace to accept it If we just let him. Lillian

How wonderful to have a close relationship with a man of God. How truly luckly to have shared so many memorial moments of your life . Now the next generation can start a new tradition...but it hard to fill a good mans shoes. (I just passed my communion veil to my granddaughter to wear next year. Both of my daughters worn it and now I hope it will be worned once again) I have had favorite churches and priests. but then we move ...I would love to have a long time friend in the church

Thank you. I am sure your granddaughter will be proud to wear your first communion veil. That is so special. We are expecting our first grandchild in July. I am passing on the baptism dress that is now one hundred and one years old. Made by my grandmother on my mothers side. Love and Peace!
