Do you mean the bear font on CuteAlphabets.com? If so, go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us" and tell support about your problem. I have never had a problem with any I have downloaded, but I have not purchased that particular one yet.

That same thing happens to me too. I think it is putting all the alphabet w/n the "A".
I delete the "A" and then download just the "A"
from the files.

try downloading it again. I bought the bear alpha from cute fonts and it has downloaded fine in both jef and pes.
