Hi Sonja, well you just relax and let it do its job. Bones are funny things aren't they - you can't sit too long in one place otherwise they become stiff. I pray that you will soon get some relief.

Sonja, my friend, is the burning down the back of your leg and hip? That is what we call the sciatic nerve and I do believe that yours seems to be constantly "on fire". Do some internet searches and see if you can find your symptoms....there should be a doctor somewhere that can help you, although what I have can only be helped with a steel rod up my entire spine, which I have refused. I pray for relief for you.

Soarval if your problem is a compressed sciatic ner ve I can only feel for u. My husband severed his sciatic nerve at the age of 8 n his left leg & has very little use of it now. He had a compressed sciatic nerve n his Right leg & had back surgery to try & help that. He had pain exactly as u describe with the terrible burning. Now he has nerve blocks. Hope u get relief soon. *
