Design is from Embroidery Library, called Herb Packs. I liked the way they stitched out--but best part I didn't need a stabilizer on double quilted fabric.

Yes, but I don't know if it was necessary, because they have 2 layers of the prequilted fabric, so they are pretty thick anyway.
