Sometimes there are no requests posted. that is usually due to the fact that a new alpha has started and there will be no chance of succeeding. Check under the tab VOTING REQUESTS. Letvia organizes the whole thing and is doing an absolute wonderful job.
you can always do a search by Letvia's name - if there is a posting - you will see it with the date and day.
Just click on the tag "votingrequest" under topics at the top of this page and you will see all the votingreaquests, hope this helps you.
