Here's a couple of the bibs made from old jeans. And thank you, Tubby, the rooster looks great on jeans material. Changed the colors a little bit so he would show up better. The other has no embroidery on it.

They look cute and it's a great idea to use old jeans. I use them for a lot of things but never thought of this.

Great job and great idea. I recycle used jeans too, but have never made bibs. I usually get them from rummage sales or bag sales. Often what they do here is on the last day of the sale they let you put all you can fit in a brown paper grocery bag for about $3-$4. Seein these makes me want to make bibs. I don't have any babies in my family, but I suppose I could give them away or this could be a make ahead project - for future babies.
