I was wondering if I did something wrong when I download the design? What should I have done different? I am new to this and I would like to know how to prevent this from happening again. Thanks, Maureen

It's not you! I have the same problem. Delete the "A" and just d/l the "A" by itself again (works for some people). I have to use my digitizng sofeware and delete all the other letters on top until I get just the "A". Hope this helps.
