I have had a request from Russia to purchase designs from my website. As I only accept paypal, does anyone know of a way of accepting payments online safely from Russia?(without using credit cards)

money can come out of Russia with paypal but not entering according to an article that I read

I think maybe the only way, if this person does not use credit cards is to pay you by direct debit, or an international money order. But the money order will cost both of you extra.Have you checked out 2CO? Maybe that is excepted in Russia,or search the net for an alternative method of payment from Russia.This person that is interested in purchasing your designs, how does he/she pay for designs purchased from other international sites?
