Right, as Lilian said, if you open that tab, you can see who gave a flower for that project. I often give flowers, even though I don't have time to leave a comment on every project that I see. It gives the person who posted the project a chance to see that I looked at it and gave them a flower, even though I didn't write anything. Giving a flower is what's meant by 'vote' in this instance. Any time you don't understand something, just ask! Somebody will be able to explain it, because we all had to learn some way or the other. Hugs, Marji
