I will have to say that it is her loss if she has not kept in contact with you! You are a very talented person and have always had kind words for all online! I am glad that you do have someone to take the place of a mother figure in your life. I am very sorry that you are ill. We can all pray that you will be better. You make sure that you take advantage of those good days! Do not give into the bad ones! You are a child of the Lord no matter what! Pray and trust in Him. I was looking for an email the day I saw Eric on Yahoo and I did not even finish reading what was written in the email. I just got the feeling that it might be you. I am having surgery on my legs every week now (twice last week and from now until they are through it will be twice a week) trying to keep from losing my legs. Everything is looking pretty good right now. When the Dr's think they are ready, they are going to do skin grafts and I am just praying that it works. This is all because of poor circulation. I had this awful surgery 5 yrs ago (different hospital) and it was horrible and I stayed in a nursing home for 8 months at 57 yrs old. These Drs in Atlanta are all out patient and just wonderful. Not to say that I am not in pain but there sure is alot of difference! The first Dr yrs ago did alot of nerve damage. I do know what it is like to be sick and I do know what it is like to wonder if you are going to ever get well again. I really wish the very best for you! My prayers go out to you!
