I'm just not used to this and also being teamed up with a group of procrastinators and lazy individuals. Makes it really hard getting our team projects done. What on earth was I thinking?
Anyway, my machines have not been on in weeks and I doubt I'll have much sewing time before this class is over in 14 days (not that I'm counting)!
Hope all is well with y'all and the drama on this site has died down a bit. I encourage those that are pretty unhappy on here to go back to school... you won't have much time to "chat". LOL.... hugs! teri
PS, I think I remember what my husband looks like... it's been a while since I've seen him... nah, just kidding... I'm usually on my computer writing, writing and writing papers.... can't wait until it's finally over!

It's a business course. I'm actually enjoying the class, it's the group project and all the writing I have to do that's a killer. :-)

Hi, teri, some thing never change and there is a little "click" here trying to run this site, some people that will only have to go to general and won't have to see a free design...but evil is as evil does, and that is the reality!!!!

I just noticed the posting about the freebies right after I posted this. Some things never change... I miss the old CUTE, but it's changed Maria. Sadly, people like to jab one another here or use this site as personal advertisement for selling their designs.

Hey girl! Jim is actually going to Columbus in a couple of weeks to visit his family. We just couldn't justify the expense for me to go too, so I'm staying put. Next time we definitely have to get together!

Love you too Miss Lillian! Boy am I struggling with all the writing assignments. I write well, but geeze! A paper a week PLUS presentations... that's too much for this poor girl. I guess everything has a learning curve and I will adjust... might take me a bit of time however! xoxo

Good on you for keeping at it. My hubby is just at the end of the semester now with assignments and exams so I know how your hubby feels! We forget what look you like! One more semester to go for us, and then more big changes as we move on to the next phase of our lives.
Honestly I watch him studying so hard and really admire anyone who goes back to study, I don't think I could do it, not to that intensity anyway. My post pregnancy brain just wouldn't keep up!

You should be very proud of yourself. I started college just when I turned 42. I though I would take one class and see how it went. Then one class lead to another and 4 years later I had an associates degree and I was headed to a University! I still can't believe it...2 years later I had my Bachelors...it was very hard keeping up with the kids...I always remembered that they were young and fresh out of highschool. I didn't want to compete with them...I ended up competing with myself...I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it...and I did....so good for you! Don't give up...Graduation Day is closer than you think!!!
