Hi Everyone, Here is the second of my cushions. The tulip design is from EmbLibrary and as for the rose one the scrolls around the outside are from Anitagoodesigns. Cheers, Claire

Thank you, I felt the design needed some sort of border to frame it, so looked through my designs to find a design that suited it, I'm glad you like it. Cheers, Claire

Claire, this is stunning, too. I bought this design to put on a pillow, as well - I really like your color choices on both of these pillows. Great job - *4U Shirlene

Just beautiful. were they done in one hooping or split design. I bought one of these to split but have not done it as yet....The scrolls set the cushions off for sure...an added effect..Hugs Kerry

Thanks Kerry. It took 5 hoopings to do all the embroidery, my largest frame is 200 x 300 mm I made the rose/tulip design as large as I could fit 200 x 200 (to keep the design in proportion) and then fitted the scroll border around it in my design package (Generations). I then needed to split the border into 4 so I could fit it in the frame, I printed the design placement guide on translucent paper so I could see the other embroidery when positioning the subsequent designs, it took a bit of work but well worth it in the end. Cheers, Claire
Well then I know just how much work you have done with both these lovely cushions.
