I sprayed the back of a piece of cutaway with tempoyary adhesive and put it on the back of the t shirt. I than hooped it not too tight and than sprayed the embroidery area and put on a piece of solvy and then floated 2 pieces of tearaway under the hoop. It worked like a charm.
