drop them so when hubby and I were at Sears the other day to get him some silly tool thingy at the checkout was this bin full of the coolest little tool. It's a telescoping magnet! Kinda looks like a pen, has a clip for your pocket, pulls out like a wand and just touch it to the silly pin or scissors and poof no bending over, has worked oodles of time for me and just thought i'd share, enjoy.........

I have one and love it, especially for the pins that fly under things. I can't get to the floor easily and it saves trying to find someone willing to chase down my dropped items( don't have little ones at home anymore).

That sounds very handy, I always have my scissors hanging on a key chain around my neck, never have to look where my scissors are.

Oh, yes!!! I have one I got at Harbor Freight Tools, and it's a pip!! Really strong magnet, so remember to keep it away from computers and computerized sewing machines!!!!! It picks up all sorts of stuff, as long as it's not aluminum. Go for it! Hugs, Marji

Yes I love mine. Been using it for several years. Got it after my hubby used one in the garage. Wonderful tool. Keeps the pins I drop out of my dogs mouth. She loves to eat anything on the floor

It is a great tool. Had one for quite a long time; works like a charm to pick up any magnetic type metal object caught in a tight place.
