Hi Everyone, My dear GS had his 5th birthday a couple of weeks ago and he had a Pirate Treasure themed party, so I decided to make some pirate masks for all the party guests (plus a couple of extras just to be sure). The masks were a great hit at the party!!! I made 17 masks in total, the design came from EmbLibrary and the masks were embroidered on acrylic felt. Each mask took approx 50 minutes to embroider. There were a few left over so I gave them to his Prep School teacher for their dress up corner. Cheers Claire

Thank you, my GS now just sees things and asks me to make it for him!!! I'm not sure he realises yet that not all Nana's are able to do these things...

The do showcase their designs in the project section and I know they will pick this one for one of the weeks in October or the month before. Good luck.

Thank you, I was going to make him a pirate costume too, however we found one that was sooo cheap it wasn't worth my while making one. He looked so cute!!!

Thank you, and they did. The venue where we had the party could only cater for approx 15, it was very hard not asking some of the girls from his prep class due to the number restriction :(
