I have an older version of Buzz Tools and it does not open the VIP format I understand the newer one does. There is a free software out there called Pulse or Ambassador which will open it for you. Try to Google Pulse. Hope this helps.

Hallo Marie, you can try this one aswell, I did and I'm very happy with it.

Go to Buzztools and get the up dates for the program you have I have Buzzexplore it would not read vip or vp3 when I purchased it. I updated it and now it reads and converts vip vp3 and the majority of machine formats.Buzztools should be the same this will fix the problem. ALL UPDATES ARE FREE
