For example the outline will be slightly above or to the side of the design. Any one know why? Is there a more reliable place to have my design converted? TIA Becky

I have used Jajima from ambassador, but my computer went nuts.<br />Now I have Truesizer from Wilcom, and that works fine for me. It's free, all you have to do is login.<br />See link.http://www.wilcom.com.au/PRODUCTS/TrueSizer.aspx
