dear veronika, i have just embd the sun alphabet T , in ART format. the left side corner of the alphabet did not emb , nor did it show on the design ,could u pls chk . i am posting u a picture so that u get an idea of what i am talking. thank u.

I see what you mean, I think, in the upper right hand corner the black outline is missing. I'll have a look at the formats I downloaded.

I have downloaded this in the ART and have done a stitch out simulation in Artista program and it appears to be there. Have you contacted the site owner at "contact us?"
