Happy Birthday, Maleah, a day late. I do hope you had a great birthday doing what you like to do best. If it was posted, I missed it. Of course, I am an old lady and I miss alot of things. Mind you I said miss them not forget them. heehee My Mom messed up my birthday so I never really knew what a real b-day was like. I was born the day after Christmas. How do you celebrate on that day? Of course at 62 you celebrate just being alive and being able to get around and do everything for yourself. You see, I have crippling arthritis and I can still do for myself! Isn't that wonderful! The Lord has been good to me even if I have had this pain for more than 15 yrs. I had a sample of the nursing home for 8 months after I had surgery,5 yrs ago. I was only 57. My bandages had to be changed daily and I had no one to do it or look after me at the time so off I went. I healed, came home and hope I never have to go back again. I look forward to my birthdays. I know I am another year older and can still function and take care of my 2 pekingese and myself with no help. That is wonderful to me. I moan and groan sometimes but that is the old bones! Enjoy all the good times you can have! Do not let any of them get away from you. Have as much fun as you can everyday! Life is just too short not to enjoy something everyday!!!!
