correct amount of links to download my designs (Both in my email, and the confirmation page) but I noticed that they were all in different formats. SO....I downloaded them all and figured I could convert them all. Turns out they were all for the same Set that was free with every purchase. Not Even ONE of the sets that I ordered. I contacted them through both my email, and their site, but Have not heard back yet. I know I ned to be patient! I'm just wondering how long I should wait to hear back from them. I don't want to be a pest, but I want my designs.
