I fell last week and fractured L5 in the lower lumbar area. Not fun. Muscle spasms drive me nuts. Dr. said has to heal on it's own. Thanks for prayers

I hope you will recover soon. I know how painful that is, fractured the same (L5) March 2008 in mid Atlantic on a sailing boat in a force 10 gale. Take your doctor's advice, don't overdo it as it only lengthens the recovery time! Driving for more than half an hour still leaves me stiff and sore for a couple of days.

very painfull it happened to me but they found cancer in mine .at least now i am being treated would,nt have known if i hadn,t fallen over dogs . my thoughts are with you take care
