I am going to try this again. This was a gift from one of the best digitzers that I know of in the business, Rose Cottage. I love her designs, and as all her designs do, it stitched out beautifully.

I can't tell what this design is--sort of looks like injured (dead) or at least slumped over Indian? What's the story behind this design? Maybe I'm way off base?

daisy, if he was dead wouldn't you think he would not be upright? this cracked me up. He would be well and truely slumped down over his horse....therefore must be wounded......sorry for my sick humor...
He's upright because there's a spear holding him up! Now that's sick!

Sally, what a great design - this is from the famous "At the End of Trail" pictrure - my grandmother had a very large version of this in her livingroom and I loved looking at it and knowing that this tired indian still made it home - after whatever it was that took him away from home - in the first place - whether it was battle or hunting. *4U
