the end of July. It was inspiring to see the outfits the kids had made and how nice some of them looked. Some used pre-embroidered fabrics for their projects. A few made purses and others accented their outfits with handmade flowers. It was a long day, but very rewarding. These kids are the future and they are full of creative ideas.....I think it's great!

Sorry Deb. I was too busy helping out at various areas to take any...maybe I can get some from my daughter (coordinator), they have the group shots of the winners and they area on usb.

Years ago my grand daughter was n this. She made it to state competition with a real pretty little dress she made. I was very proud of her. It is wonderful to see what these future homemakers, designers, Drs. nurses etc. can do. * I nremember she entered the cooking also but did not get to the state with that.

My three kids all went through this program. My oldest never got to go to States, but my son (only guy) beat 63 others (all girls). I was very proud of him. Heck, I'm proud of them all.
