does anyone know if a janome memory craft 5000 takes a fuse to turn the machine off and on it was jamming up so i turned it off and now i can't get it to turn on no power

Bringing this back to the top so someone who knows will answer for you. Daft question is there a fuse is the plug that could have gone? Hope you get it sorted quickly

Phone or ring Janome service in your state - I found them very helpful when I had to deal with VISTA- aaahhhh.
Do a internet search for Janome in your country.

I do not know the answer, but most everything electric has fuses, transformers,etc., so I think it does, I had a Janome MC 9000 and it was a great machine never had any problems at all with.****

just a thought but could an actual fuse in the house has blown? Actually tripped a breaker?? Also if you have your machine plugged into a surge protector (which everybody should) did it flip off? Good luck
