Maybe someone can help me with this. I tried downloading the train pack. I choose PES download and it saves it as Indes under a firefox.doc , what does that mean?

I'm not sure, but I suspect it's firefox. Try using Explorer instead. I just downloaded it and didn't have a problem.

Don't know what firefox is. I'm not real computer saavy. I only get 2 options firefox.doc or all files.

Firefox is a web browser, like Microsoft Explorer. I imagine that must be the browser you are using? The packs are zipped, you don't download them as pes files. They will be pes when you unzip the files with WinZip. When you download, don't you download right into the folder you're going to keep the files in? The file extension you're downloading should be .zip, not .doc. I'm adding some screen shots for you. The first is the download page, the second the screen you'll get when you hit the 'download' button, the third the screen where you'll save the file. I hope this helps. Hugs, Marji

It is not giving me any other option. Under file name only the word index and save as type firefox.doc or all files. that is it. It is making me nuts. I can download one at a time but not the package ones. This is not the 1st time. So I only dl one at a time. But it seems the funny train alpha stops at N.

Mary, I am not sure why you get firefox.doc - I have never seen that - try it again or follow Marji's example closely. If it is saying firefox.doc or all files - click the all files. *4U

I did that too, so when I try to open it, what it does it takes me back to cuteembroidery site. WEIRD
