Lillian if you are looking at the bridge going across the Mississippi you are looking at Louisiana, my old stomping grounds. I lived in Monroe until we were transferred south to Lafayette. There use to be a restaurant next to the bridge that had the best fried catfish with cornbread and beans can't remember the name. Enjoy ur visit. Brenda
