I started to transfer one of the Paw Print Alpha to my memory card and it says, "can't read this file version." I downloaded in PES and that's my version, what have I done wrong?

Make sure the design is centred in the hoop, in your software, first. If this doesn't work it could be a later pes version. Try another letter and see if that works.

I had to download again in the HUS format and convert to PES and they work fine. Thanks

I had to open every file and change the format, than I saved in in a folder, lot of work but that helps.
