I bought some of these big ones too. I saw them in the store where I bought them, cut in half and they had a pretty border sewed on both sides and ends--really, really cute. That's what I'm going to do with them.

well glad to see I am not the only one LOL my thought was to just do a fold over after stitching design it would hide the back and make it smaller just wasn't sure what everyone else did

You can use them as-is, for really large dish towels to dry lots of dishes, or cut them in half for normal size dish towels. I'm doing the large ones for my cousin, because when she has family over & would use the fancier towels, she has a huge amount of dishes to dry, hee hee hee. Hugs, Marji

Michele, I love the larger ones - your idea of folding over is clever - but not necessary - no one cares what the back side of a dish towel looks like - Hehehe! Cutting them and making two is also very smart usage and a great value. Please share what you do and what you stitch on them - soon!

I picked them up for a dollar each so was happy until I saw the size but I agree the back rally doesn't matter but cutting them in half and adding a binding on it would double them up. I collected a set of RW DOW 1930's designs I thought would look great on them have just been considering if I want the red blur or what color to do it in LOL meanwhile I am sewing the first of 4 boppy covers.
