silly idea? it started by accident really I bought a cut and sew printed of a John Deer tractor. I thought it would be cool if a guy wanted to wear it and then if the girl wanted to flip and wear just the green printed it would work.
I guess my mind just works in weird ways! hehehehe Just curious what yall thought. I'm finishing up one today so maybe I'll post it and you can see what I mean. Have a great day God Bless Ronny

My sister-in-law made me one many years ago, that was double sided, it's a bib apron that's really cute. Used to be my "Sunday apron", when I'd start cooking Sunday dinner in my good clothes right after church. Wow, that took me waaaayyy back. I like the double one, because it's thicker, and if you really do spill something, it won't get thru to your good clothes. Uh, if anybody wears good clothes any more when they cook. I haven't been in 'good clothes' since the last funeral, hee hee hee. Hugs, Marji

I used to do Sunday dinner too, but nobody here to do it for any more. Tv dinners all the way! hehehehe

if you want it reversable, perhaps you can do some redwork, using the same thread on both sites.

I have never made a double sided apron either. My first thought was that if it was dirty you could just turn it around but that didn't make sense because the mess would get on your clothes LOL. But I like your idea, you get 2 cute aprons in one. Wear what you want depending on your mood. I make most of mine in thick fabric like Trigger but the ones I did in a calico could use another layer to protect my clothes.
Can't wait to see yours.

I have never thought about it...but what a great idea a reversable appron! I also love the comment made about adding red work embroidery to it, so the design is on both sides..
