can someone help me? i signed up for the $5 monthly special at sweet embroidery, i can't get any designs to download. can't afford to lose the $5 either, any ideas please , soon .thank you Lildoll

Surely there is a contact link on the that particular site. Go back there and look for it and contact the owner/site manager.

under the BLUE banner at the bottom advertising the $5.00 price there is a
CONTACT....click on it and it will open an email for you.

jrob , thanks i tried that, but my computer said it was not a protected site, i can;'t let bugs in, i'm afraid, any other way i can contact them, i tried email, address they gave me not good. hsa any one else had this problem ? thanks Lildoll

When I try the contact button on the bottom of their page it gives this address "info@sweetembroidery.com" I hope this helps. I would not like to see you lose the $5 neither *2U

Did you pay through Paypal? If so, they can help you. I've had a problem with another site and they were very helpful.

i used my credit card, i don't know how to do paypal, not so smart huh? when you get my age, you do stupid things,how do you get in touch with paypal ? do they have a number or email ? thanks Lildoll

Have you logged in? That e-mail address that you have must be o.k I receive regular newsletters from them with that address.

I signed up also.. no problems.. you will get a conformation email.. click on that, to confurm.. then you should have no problem. look in your junk file for it..
