Nope! I'm sitting in my living room watching TV and trying to clean some of the junk off of my computers. But we had fireworks here lastnight. Guess I'll watch the ones on TV later tonight.

7:10 pm here and I will be bringing in my little dogs so they won't be around all the noise....I will be staying home and finally setting down to sew my little heart out to finish this baby quilt by tomorrow (Hopefully because I procrastinated again)

No, you're not the only one. I'm inside w/ the windows shut, the fan turned on & TV turned up loud because my one dog Buddy is so scared of the fireworks... so I'm not watching them & the only family I'm with right now is my 3 dogs - Buddy, Trixie, & Pugsley - & cat Mouser. (It's just how I like it!)

I tend to be by myself alot too. Don't like crowds and quiet time is good for me. After 35 years of working with the public quiet is good!

It's 10:33 EST and I'm watching the Boston Pops on tv for my fireworks, though I can hear the neighborhood celebrating. Still quieter than the LOUD pool party the neighbors threw last night, was still going strong at midnight.

Sound like the neighbors had the place jumping! You should have crashed the party. But if your like me it probably wouldn't have been worth the effort.

Home watching the fireworks in Boston. Could hear the ones here in Knoxville. But I guess I'm getting old..I don't like crowds anymore! I keep saying I'm going to see them this year, but when time rolls around, I'm SO happy to stay home with hubby and watch the TV! Happy 4th!

Crowds just aren't my thing either. quiet is my thing. My house is my safe place or I try to make it that way. Just want to be quiet and happy.

well it is 11:30 here in cincinnati..fireworks went off even in all the rain here...I was at work and didn't mind getting double time...hehehe...the big firework display will be on labor day weekend at the event called riverfest on the ohio river...It is a spectaclar display and one of the biggest here in the USA! That one I won't miss...

I used to live in PA As a matter of fact that's where I was born and raised. Sometime I think I'll like to go back to visit but there's no one there now. I would like my kids to see where I grew up. Maybe one day!

Leaving in 10 minutes to watch with my daughter! We will be all cozy in the car. Other daughter watching with her friends. 2 older boys off with friends to watch. Husband staying home. It's 9:08 in California.

I was home, too, after 7 days of straight rain, the lawn had to be mowed, and it's 3 acres! I heard the fireworks, saw them in my memory. Kitties & doggie & me, all on the couch, hee hee hee, toooooo old! Hugs, Marji
