This 'mirrors' the design rather than rotate it. I think this is what you are looking for?

When you open a design in 3D software there will be a "frame" around it -- on each corner there is a square --- on the right side middle area is a circle and on the left side middle area is a triange - click on the triangle - and it will "flip or mirror" you design"!"
