Thank you . We in Australia make 99% of celebration cakes out of fruit. which this one is. Havn't made any out of "MUD CAKE" which is the flavour of the moment. Have done lots in butter cake with the "plastic icing"

Why thank you "mops".The flowers are wired onto a spray and the lot can be taken off the cake in one piece. SOOOO no eatie

thank you Michele. I was a cake decorater and finisher for a LONGGGG time. ( finisher as in putting down, Nampoleon, custard sliced, (fill and ice sponge cakes), rolls, etc Kim was 18 months No she's hitting 40 this year. How time flies

thank you. Yes you can. All bar the flowers, as they are wired together. I suppose you can eat them too, if you want.Minus the wire of course.They are made out of icing too
