Thanks so much, Its a pleasure Glenda. Yes I get the morning sun in my sewing room, and then in the afternoon it is cool, because of the patio roof, which is just outside my window.
And I have the view of the pool.

How peaceful it is, Yvonne! Sometimes I'm jealous of you who live in more tropical climes, I envy your banana trees and Poinsettias all year 'round. How wonderful this world is, the beauty it holds when we give it a bit of care. And sometimes, even when we don't. My weed field can be as beautiful as my garden, only in a different way. Enjoy, you have created a little paradise. hugs, Marji

Yvonne, I just have to ask...how do you get any sewing done???

Well Barb, it is winter now, so it is nice to be in doors and just have the view. But in summer, I'm more in the pool and outdoors, in the day time than in the sewing room. (then I sew mostly at night)

Oh WOW Yvonne, I just noticed you live in TBL View, my Mom lives just max 20min drive from you. I say max cause TBL View has grown so much in the last few years. We where going to buy a home in Parklands but decided to move overseas instead. Boy do I miss the beach, we use to take walks on it in the evenings, on some nights, if you walk along the waters edge and dig gently into the sand, you find tiny glowing creatures. This was always a highlight for me at the end of a long day. Don't know how save it is now a days to do something like that. Your flowers are awesome Yvonne, and so is your view. Thank you for sharing, your pics brought back many a memory!

Thanks, Vixent. We built here 27 years ago. We moved from Milneton. Yes it has grown over the years. I did read once that Table View was the fastest going area in the Southern hemisphere.
I have lived in Cape Town all my life.
