Question .. does anyone know what it means when it says "Redwork done in BEAN STITCH" .. what is BEAN stitch??

here is link to a glossary of stitches. It has a short section describing bean stitches. Basically, it says they are more pronounced than regular fill stitches because it puts three stitches between two points.
