This story reminds me of some people we knew years ago. They would get the fish out of the water, and they would start cutting them up without killing them, and that used to upset me a lot. I think that they should be completely dead before someone takes the knife to fillet them.

Imagine someone taking a knife to a cow or a bull, while they are in the pasture, just to get a steak out of them...
