Here is a Cutie card but I'm not sure that's what you are looking for. I'll keep looking in my files.

I've got a card in my project folder but I don't have a site that it came from. If you pm your email address to me I can send you the document.

MarthaStewart.com has a cute one. Just punch in card making with Melissa Neufeld. Looks kind of vintage.
Its called Picture frame card. Hope this helps

Dear Gerry, I was just looking through our projects and Michele makes a lot of cards. Why not write to her and ask her how she does them. I've posted just one of her card links so you can have a look.

It's just a thought, and I'm sure she would tell you how she does them.

Love and blessings Chris

Tks, Chris. Looks like her cards are bought, then she adds the embroidery. But I did send her a PM as she may well know how to make them from a piece of cardstock!

DianneD makes beautiful cards too and has some instructions on her website. I had a look and found it in her profile. Go to her site; if you click on a card you like and you can get the instructions.
