To download the free butterfly here at Cute, click on the picture. That will take you to the download page. You must choose your format, then click the download button. A grey screen will come up asking you what you want to do with the file, hit the "save" button. I've attached a screen shot to help you. welcome!first you click on the butterfly ,you come on a new page, you see the butterfly on the left,it sais click image to download.so click,then you see the butterfly large,under it the text;select format. so select the format you use,and after that click download button.by the way you can also read click here to vote this site, it would be great if you do that also. hope it works for you now.

Lucy, I use JEF, too. I went to the download page, and got the download screen with no problem. Occasionally, when I go to download (from anywhere, not just here), because I'm using a touchpad instead of a mouse, a stray touch puts the download screen behind the active window. I've attached a picture, see if your bar looks like this, make sure you don't have the download window behind the active window for some reason. You need to click on the little tab I've arrowed in green if this is what it looks like, that will bring the download window to the front. If that isn't the problem, I'm not sure what it could be. Have you downloaded from anywhere else, or any of the other freebies here at Cute? See if you can get any of the other freebie downloads to work, perhaps it's a problem with your computer (gee, I hope not!). Good Luck, let us know. Hugs, Marji

Just a suggestion...you might check your web browser preferences and how you have downloads set up to save, etc or check your pop up blockers. your browser may be saving the files directly to your "download" file on your computer or directly to your desk top. Pop up blockers prevent the "save" window from opening up.
