Not sure about this Freebie!

I must admit that I have all but given up on understanding HOW this site 'works' with their Free Designs - does not make sense to me! I have emailed them to ask HOW to purchase those Letters / Monograms that I am missing but just never receive a reply whereas BEFORE they changed their website they ALWAYS replied promptly!

I also ALWAYS used to receive an email to advise when they updated their website with new designs etc - now I receive nothing! :-(

I have SO many incomplete sets - perhaps I should just delete them all ... BUT they are so beautiful .. WHAT to do???!!!!
