I took my husband to see Topol's final tour last Thursday... OMGosh, it was amazing! We are HUGE Topol fans and have seen the movie a million times. Has anyone seen any designs out there that are digitized????

Oh, isn't Topol perfect? I loved "Fiddler" and have seen it so many times. Don't know any embroidery designs, though, sorry. Hugs, Marji

Oh yes Marji... his performance was outstanding! I haven't seen a musical like that in a long time.

I want to put a design on my husband's shirt. I'll probably end up digitizing one myself. :-)

I loved Fiddler on the Roof. First time I saw it was in New York City back in the sixties. Fantastic show then and I assume it is now.

No I haven't, but being the 3rd of 5 girls in a Jewish family I really related to that story. I memorized all of the songs when I was little. Of course I was born in America but my grandparents were from other countries.

LOL... Oh how funny! Yeah, we both know what Jewish traditions are all about, don't we! I just shake my head at some of them...that's for sure!

Are you Ashkenazi or Sephardic???

Neither and non-practicing mostly. Kind of lost touch with our temple when my parents divorced. I celebrate a little and share some of my knowledge with my kids. Did not marry within the faith either (how Fiddler on the Roof of me). Nobody was shunned, my parents didn't care and my grandmother was just glad I was happy. Mu husband's grandparents were a little more disappointed but nothing to make a movie over.
