I am looking for a tree skirt pattern that I can quilt and put embroidery design on. Does anyone know where I can one? So far, I can't find anything or do not know where to look. Thanks

Anita Goodesign has a great tutorial in one of their collection (Snowglobes)... my hope is to actually make it before Christmas this year. lol... we'll see!

Embroidery library has a couple of tree skirts in their projects - while not strictly quilting, they may help you with your project.
