I made about 12 of these for our school fete coming up in September. Hope that this helps you.
Thanks for your help Rossie, I lost lot of my designs because I made a mistake with my computer and the designs disappeared.

I googled from Roslyn's reply and found her website. http://www.jpdesigns.info/index.asp If you look in the middle of the home page there is a link to the free designs and the glasses case is still there. She has some lovely designs on her site too.

The web site listed on jasanne comment is the right one. There are some lovely designs on that site. Your glass case is beautiful and is still on the site.
