Finished size would be 42 x 57 unless it is an oversized mattress. On a wash cloth the design going in the center goes 1 inch above the trim. (that is the part that runs across one edge of the cloth from side to side). Welcome to Cute!

Thanks for your prompt response! As for the wash cloth, I mean the actual size of the design (height). I find some designs bigger than 50cm is just too big?
