I have a janome 350e that came with customizer i just us templets to print out my die lines. sorry do not know about other machines.

I have a Brother machine - so I use my PED Basisc to print my designs to size and my templets. Good luck. Sue

Lisa, what sort of machine do you have or program do you have to bring your design into Layout & Editing or some thing like that?

I have a Janome 350e I also have sew what Pro from sands computing. I dont have any other programs. Maybe that the problem.
