Teri, it's always been this way. If you PM somebody and they reply, it will show up as a + sign on Private. If they only put a "comment" under your reply, it won't show up. You have to make a reply, not a comment, always, or people don't know they have a new message. Just like here in community, a 'reply' brings the questions back to the top, 'comment' does not. If anybody is thinking someone didn't answer them, maybe better look under comments. It's just always better to hit 'reply', that way you're sure someone will see the + sign. Hugs, Marji
