I didn't see the Bob alphabet, but Filip Koza had some Bob the Builder designs in his Advent calendar.

Hi! I purchased an alphabet for $2 on sale at Misty Mountain Designs called Dad's Tool Box. Each letter is made from a carpenter's tool. I love it. Perhaps this will work.
