Yes, I have used it. I have girls! If you put it on fabric, experiment with washing. The ones from many years ago would crack after a while. They were also very stiff which can be OK depending on what you put it on and how much space you put it on. I hope they have improved but since my early experience I only use it on paper crafts and such.

Yes I have used it and had a pattern with sheer material to show the design through, but started to tear at edges. Put glitter glue around the edge and fantastic results and who would have guessed it was to safe the design lol.

Oooh, I hated it.

I found that the amount of glitter that came out with the glue was inconsistent and I couldn't get nice fine lines without it bleeding onto areas I didn't want it and the glue dried out before I got to use the whole bottle so I ended up with 5 half full useless bottles of glitter that I couldn't get to come out of the bottles.

I still prefer the original ordinary glitter and I can choose the type of glue I want for whichever type of project I'm doing. I use a toothpick for fine lines and dots, paddlepop sticks, paint brushes and a multitude of other tools for fills and I offload any excess glitter onto a clean sheet of paper so I can pour it back into its bottle for next time. I use ModPodge if I want to seal the glitter.

But that's just my preference, it works for me.

Maybe you have a better choice of product in the States than what I purchased here.

Yes, I know of it too.. I don't know if U remember the "Retierment Fishing Jacket" I did up for My Husbands Boss... I put some on the water to make the water glissen, It was beautiful! I didn't get a chance to take the pic's of it before it was given away... Now I can't as they moved away... Anyway, It's a wonderful item to have on hand...

oh my i can see it now glitter glue everywhere i have never tried it either

I've used it for years (Girl Scouts, daughters, and grandaughters) but never thought to use it on embroidery. I think what I have is water soluable, so I'll have to look for the permanent kind. Great idea!

I decided I need glitter glue also. So I went to createforless.com and found some that has little stars and things in it,called chunky glitter glue. You do have to buy in sets of 4 but you know you need more than 1 color anyway. Shine On!
