There are some great ideas in the Projects tab Yvonne. We have a few members who do cards etc. There are lots of embroidery companies who share their designs for free too. It's just a matter of looking for them. I am sure there will be other "Cuties" who will come to your rescue. Love Chris

Yvonne, welcome to the CUTE family - we have lots of members that do all sorts of in-the-hoop projects and do many functions that have many projects that they have shared, most have posted where the designs come from in their description - if they do not - usually someone will ask - so look for comments for the site, as well. These ought to help - wait around and other will share more, too - *4U

Hi Yvonne, welcome to the group. You've already got a number of ideas where to look. I like the project section of Emblibrary, there loads of PDF files on easy (and not so easy) projects. You'll get lots of ideas.

Yvonne,
I am new here as well....but loving what I am seeing so far.
I have been doing pillows for the nursing home that my mother works at. At 75 she decided to go back to work!! Go figure.
Anyway, the ladies were not going to Bingo because they did not like the prizes offered. I made some embroidered pillows and the Bingo hall is now full. I keep it simple and use bright colors as they seem to love the color. I do not think I have felt so appreciated in my entire life.
Good luck and Let us know some of the projects....Ideas shared are always appreciated

First of all welcome to cute and don't forget to read the posts under the tag "tutorial"blue text LH side. Marjialexa has done a wonderfull job to write tutorials about how to use this site. Go to the top of this page and click on "Designs By Cuties" Yvonne Castelyns just posted there a little needlebook to make in the hoop. just click on anything and you'll be surprised what you will find here. Good luck and have fun.

I thought I'd gotten here late, but my goodness ladies, have you forgotten our "Designs by Cuties?" Yvonne in the upper far right corner there is a link you can click that says: Designs by Cuties. There you will find designs generously donated by out own talented cuties. There are several childrens toys ITH. Just scroll through the pages and see what you find. I understand that you are doing lots for nursing home residents, but wouldn't they LOVE having a gift for their young visitors?;)

Well, how'd I miss this one? Thanks, Jerrilyn, for bringing this back up! Yvonne, our member Martine (mops) has done some ITH projects and put them in Designs by Cuties, a place where Cuties can post designs they have digitized for Cuties to download for free. Martine did a bunny, a bear, and a little dolly, all great ITH projects! You know, if I were in a nursing home, maybe I wouldn't mind having a bunny or such. Those can be lonely places! Oh, I have the Janome 300E also, and Digitizer Pro as well! Hugs, Marji
