Hi! The system defaults to most recent, that's why the clock doesn't seem to work. If you choose to sort by flowers or answers, then you can go back to the clock and get most recent. Same is true for the questions in community, and for projects. "Most recent" means the question or design or project which has been answered most recently. It doesn't have anything to do with when it was posted. The most recently answered pop to the top. Hope this explains it.
